Shipping Costs We offer FREE UK shipping to all our customers.
Delivery Terms
2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time Processing your order can take up to 3 days. Factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearance may have an impact on shipping time.
UK Standard Shipping generally takes 5–7 business days.
2.2 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. We always take steps to ensure any shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
2.3 Change of Delivery Address Need to update your delivery address? We can change it at any time before your order has been dispatched — just get in touch.
2.4 PO Box Shipping We ship to PO box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these locations.
2.5 Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of your order.
2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us and we'll conduct an investigation straight away.
Tracking Notifications Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a notification so you can follow the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from your shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject it from the courier if possible and get in touch with us immediately. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us and we'll guide you through the next steps.
Cancellations If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, we can accept cancellations at any time. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Insurance Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
7.1 Process for Parcels Damaged in Transit We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
