Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your set. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Any questions? Contact us at Hello@thecubco.co.uk.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately at Hello@thecubco.co.uk and we'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, including personalised or custom orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items & Gift Cards Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the right one.
EU Orders If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused, with tags and in their original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at Hello@thecubco.co.uk.
